Chef Matt Lawson left Wolfgang Puck's CUT in L.A. to raise his new family in Lawrence, Ks. Chef Lawson has brought his "clean and sustainable" cooking technique to Dempsey's. Chef Lawson uses fresh local ingredients and makes everything, from his sauces to his fries, from scratch. Dempsey's Burger Pub did not move, we just got better!
